Inspiration for the story was a kid who got bullied in high school but took charge of his life. The downfalls and hardships of working out are portrayed using light.
Whoever's in sports, whether it's in group or alone, will always tell you about their coach. A coach is a very important figure to help a team or person reach their highest potential. Teamwork is key. My father luckily was a bodybuilder during his younger years. He was so nice to be an extra for the photoshoot to help convey the story.
